Our Story
Since being established in 2010, Canterbury Timber & Hardware has evolved into Rolleston's local independent timber merchant, proudly serving the local communities.

With a dedicated team of seven employees, this business is proudly owned and managed by residents of Selwyn, positioning itself as your preferred local timber merchant.

We take pride in the role that we play within our region, and as we uphold fair trade within the retail industry.
Our Location
Canterbury Timber & Hardware is purposefully located within Rolleston's outer area, giving the community of the Selwyn District greater access to timber and hardware supplies.

Our commitment to connecting the public with access to quality and timber and hardware is enhanced through a delivery service to both the local communities, and the greater Christchurch region.
Our Purpose
Our retail model is formed around the needs of our customers. With a primary focus on those in the trade, fencing, and DIY markets, our purpose is create a welcoming environment, where well-informed staff aim to surpass customer expectations.

Our commitment to customers is to ensure they leave our premises with not only the right materials, but also a sense of confidence and knowledge  to complete their project.

With a dedicated team of seven employees, the business is proudly owned and operated by local Selwyn resident Mike Kingston, Jason Pester and Kevin Barron positioning itself as your preferred local timber merchant.
Our Location
Perfectly located midway between Templeton and Rolleston, the business is strategically positioned to cater to the small communities within the Selwyn District and extends its services to the greater Christchurch region through its delivery service.
